How can we arrive?
Pettigala Mountain can be reached by road to the Pettigala/Bambaragala area, followed by a short hiking trail to the viewpoint.
By Bus
Travel to Teldeniya and continue towards Pettigala by tuk-tuk or taxi. Pettigala View Point is approximately 2.5 km south of Teldeniya.
By Train
The most practical railway station is Kandy Railway Station. From Kandy, continue towards Teldeniya and Pettigala by bus, taxi, or private vehicle.
By Private Vehicle
Drive towards Teldeniya , Ellepola , Pettigala/Bambaragala. The Bambaragala Temple area is near the Pettigala hiking access point.
