KKF Tours partner agreement

This agreement is between KKF Tours ("we", "us") and the owner or manager of the property listed ("you"). It applies from the day your property is approved.

1. What we do

We list your property on kkftours.com, show it to travellers planning trips, and pass confirmed bookings to you. We do not guarantee any number of bookings.

2. What you do

You keep your rooms, prices and availability accurate, honour every booking we confirm at the price shown, and provide the property and facilities as described in your listing. You confirm you are entitled to let the property and hold the licences your local authority requires.

3. Commission

We charge 10% of the total accommodation value of each booking made through KKF Tours. New partners pay no commission for their first three months.

Commission is charged on bookings that originate from KKF Tours, including where the guest later contacts you directly about the same stay.

4. Payment and payouts

Guests pay KKF Tours when they book. We hold that payment and send you the booking value less our commission within 7 days of the guest checking out, to the bank account you give us. Bank charges on the transfer are yours.

You are responsible for any local taxes on your share.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Guests may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before check in, and we refund them in full. No commission is due on a cancelled booking.

Cancellations inside 48 hours, and guests who do not arrive, are charged the first night. We pass that first night to you less our commission.

If you cancel a confirmed booking, you must tell us immediately. We will refund the guest in full and may charge you the reasonable cost of moving them to another property. Repeated cancellations may end this agreement.

6. The guest relationship

The stay itself is a contract between you and the guest. We act as the booking agent. You remain responsible for the safety, cleanliness and legal compliance of your property, and for any dispute arising from the stay.

7. Content you give us

You confirm you own or may use the photos and text you upload, and you allow us to show them on our site and in traveller itineraries while your listing is live.

8. Ending the agreement

Either of us may end this agreement with 30 days notice. Bookings already confirmed must still be honoured, and commission on them remains payable. We may suspend a listing immediately where there is a safety concern, a legal problem, or repeated complaints from guests.

9. Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement. We will tell you, and you will be asked to accept the new version before you next manage your listing.

10. Data

We share the guest details you need to host the stay. You may use them for that stay only, and not for your own marketing without the guest's consent.
