Day-by-Day Itinerary
1 | The Sacred City & Journey to Hatton
Your spiritual journey starts with an airport pickup and a ride to Kandy. You will visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic and bask in its serenity. In the afternoon, you will take a ride to the cooler regions of Hatton, with rolling tea estates all around. You will check into your hotel and take an early rest to prepare for the adventure that awaits you tonight.
2 | The Sacred Climb & Highland Waterfalls
Your day starts at midnight! Embark on a midnight climb to Adam’s Peak (Sri Pada) to witness the sunrise with the local devotees. Reach the peak just in time to witness the magical sunrise, which is said to cast a perfect triangular shadow on the valleys below. After the descent, have breakfast and take a leisurely drive to explore the green tea plantations and waterfalls nestled in the Hatton area.
3 | Morning Serenity & Departure
Awaken to the fresh mountain air and enjoy a leisurely breakfast with a view of the tea-covered valleys. Take one last stroll through the serene environment before your personal chauffeur returns you to Colombo International Airport, thus ending your very fulfilling 3-day journey of pilgrimage and escape into nature.
