If traveling by train, get down at Nanu Oya Railway Station and continue by taxi, tuk-tuk, or bus. Private vehicles can reach the park through the main roads to Nuwara Eliya, with parking facilities available nearby.

Take a bus to Nuwara Eliya Main Bus Station from cities such as Colombo, Kandy, Badulla, or Ella.
Victoria Park is only about a 5-minute walk (approximately 350 meters) from the bus station.
