Visitors can take a bus to Nuwara Eliya town, and the park is located within walking distance from the main bus station. If traveling by train, get down at Nanu Oya Railway Station and continue by taxi, tuk-tuk, or bus. Private vehicles can reach the park through the main roads to Nuwara Eliya, with parking facilities available nearby.

Take a bus to Nuwara Eliya Main Bus Station from cities such as Colombo, Kandy, Badulla, or Ella.
Victoria Park is only about a 5-minute walk (approximately 350 meters) from the bus station.
