Batadombalena Cave is located in Guruluwana village near Kuruwita, approximately 85 km east of Colombo.
By Bus
Board any main bus traveling along the Colombo–Ratnapura route (A4 highway) via Avissawella. Get off at Kuruwita Junction, followed by a local bus or tuk-tuk to Eratna/Guruluwana, where the trailhead begins.
By Train
Take the main line train to Avissawella Railway Station. From Avissawella, board a direct Ratnapura-bound bus to Kuruwita town and hire a local tuk-tuk to the trail start point.
