How can we arrive?
Wasgamuwa National Park can be reached from Polonnaruwa and other major towns in Sri Lanka. Since the park is spread across a large area, travelling by private vehicle or an organised tour is usually more convenient. Visitors should arrange their safari vehicle with an authorised safari operator before entering the park.
By Bus
Buses are available from Polonnaruwa and nearby towns towards areas around Wasgamuwa.
