Nuwara Eliya
Overview
Known as “Little England,” Nuwara Eliya is a world apart when compared to the tropical weather that encompasses the rest of Sri Lanka. Backed by mist-covered hills, colonial-style bungalows, Tudor-style hotels, and meticulously trimmed hedges, this town has a singularly European feel to it. This is also where the country’s tea production comes from.
What can we do?
